Properties in the presentation
Check "Use in presentation" on each property. You can reorder them here — they're grouped 6 per page.
Land in the presentation
Coming soon: selecting Land parcels to include in this presentation.
Options in the presentation
Built from the Spaces table — check the floors you want to offer, then use "Add Group" or "Add Individually". Session only, not saved.
Excel Files / Images
Link the Excel file where all records are saved and the folder where the property photos live.
Excel File
Connect the Excel (.xlsx) file where all records will be saved. While it's linked, every change is written there automatically.
Images Folder
Folder where the property photos are stored (one per MAPPING CODE, e.g. AR0060.jpg).
Configuration File (Fields and Lists)
Shared file (e.g. in your SharePoint folder) with the Field Configuration and dropdown Lists. Link the same file from every computer on the team — any change saved here shows up for everyone the next time they open the app or switch tabs. While it's linked, this configuration stops being read/written in the data Excel.
Supplementary Data (Map)
Read-only Excel with extra layers for the Map tab (e.g. water wells and high-voltage lines, each sheet with a "geojson" column). Not editable from the system — it's reference information only, drawn on the map.
Consolidated — all markets (read-only)
Connect the root folder that contains one subfolder per office (e.g. "Market Information") to see records from every market at once across Properties, Parks, Land, and Transactions — you can still filter by Market/Submarket like you already do. While it's active, the system is read-only (nothing can be created, edited, or deleted) and your individual Excel gets unlinked: the two are mutually exclusive, only one at a time.
Location IDs (Region/State/Market/Submarket)
Buildings, Parks, Land, Offices, and Transactions each carry a hidden Region/State/Market/Submarket ID (matched against the CATALOGO_UBICACION catalog) for relating data in the BI — names alone aren't unique. New records get theirs automatically when the Region/State/Market/Submarket fields are selected. Use this button once to fill them in on records that already existed before this — it never changes Last Modified.
Update Location catalog (one-time migration)
If you renamed Markets/Submarkets and reassigned their IDs in a new copy of LISTAS_CAMPOS.xlsx (keeping the old ID_REGION/ID_STATE/ID_MERCADO/ID_SUBMERCADO columns as reference), use this once to carry those renames over to Properties/Parks/Land/Offices/Transactions already captured — matched by the old ID, not by name, so renamed markets are found correctly. It then leaves that file linked as your Configuration file, same as linking it directly. Doesn't affect Last Modified.
Record field settings
Define which fields are required, their data type, whether they use a dropdown list, which group they appear in, and in what order they show up in the edit form.
Drag a card's header to reorder groups (form tabs); drag a row to reorder or move a field between groups.
Dropdown lists
Manage the values of every dropdown list used in the capture forms. Data is always captured and shown in English — the Spanish column is only used to translate presentations, and doesn't change what's stored.
